Excel Group Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a dynamic and experienced Tender & Bidding Manager highly motivated professional to lead and manage our tendering and bidding operations. The Tender & Bidding Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, preparing competitive proposals, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to secure profitable contracts.

Job Description:-

  • Identify and track tender opportunities through government portals, industry networks, and client interactions.
  • Review, analyze, and interpret tender documents, RFPs, and RFQs to assess feasibility and requirements.
  • Prepare, compile, and submit tender/bid documentation within deadlines, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with technical, finance, legal, and project teams to gather inputs for proposals.
  • Develop pricing strategies, cost sheets, and commercial proposals to ensure competitiveness.
  • Manage pre-bid meetings, client queries, clarifications, and negotiations.
  • Maintain a repository of tender submissions, track bid performance, and analyze win/loss ratios.
  • ·Build and maintain relationships with government departments, PSU bodies, consultants, and clients.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, legal guidelines, and contractual obligations.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or contracts management.
  • Strong knowledge of government e-tendering portals (Gem/Eproc and other State E portal) , procurement guidelines, and industry practices.
  • Excellent skills in proposal writing, documentation, and presentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and tender management tools.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
