Role & responsibilities

  • Ability to work in 24x7 operational shifts, provide support during off-business hours.
  • Troubleshooting & problem solving skills
    • Knowledge of MS word, Excel, Powerpoint, OpenOffice
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, HTTPs
  • Verbal & Written communication skills to update external/ internal teams on issues
  • Prepare monthly operation reports and present them as on requirement.
  • Reports Generation & File Management

Preferred candidate profile

  • B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/Computer
  • 0-1 Year experience of NOC/SOC support preferred
