About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to managing director to support our Director with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle emails, calls, and official correspondence
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting minutes
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and assist with office operations
- Ensure smooth workflow and maintain confidentiality at all times
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliability, discretion, and the ability to multitask effectively
