Executive - Documentation& Operations

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all documentation work related to company vehicles and transport operations.
- Manage RTO-related formalities, applications, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle documents (RC, Insurance, Permits, PUC, Fitness Certificates etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for smooth vehicle operations.
- Monitor renewals and ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Assist in daily operational activities as per plant/transport requirements.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Good understanding of RTO vehicle documentation and processes.
- Strong knowledge of transport operations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email drafting).
- Good communication & coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any stream (preferably Commerce/Management).
- Additional certification in Logistics/Transport Management will be an advantage.
