**Job Title**: Operations Executive
**Location**: Indore
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**:

- Oversee daily operational tasks and ensure efficient execution of workflows.
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and procedures.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Identify and resolve inefficiencies in operations.
- Work towards improving operational performance by analyzing data and KPIs.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, and customer service to ensure alignment of goals.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
- Track key metrics and analyze operational data for decision-making.
- **Customer and Vendor Relations**:

- Maintain positive relationships with vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of operations, contracts, and processes.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations or a similar role, preferably.
- Proficiency in using CRM, MS Office Suite, and other operational tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of Sales.
- Familiarity with CRM.
- Multitasking and team management capabilities.
