We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our growing team

**Responsibilities**:
Process and fulfil customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Should be comfortable in the field work

Maintain clear and organised inventory records (online and/or physical).

Manage order fulfilment timelines and ensure on-time deliveries.

Coordinate with logistics partners and track shipments.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders and deliveries in a timely and professional manner.

Contribute to a clean, organised, and efficient work environment.

Assist with packaging and product preparation as needed.

Perform other operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
0-2 years of experience in a fast-paced operations or logistics environment (e-commerce experience a plus).

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
