Job Title: Head of Accounts & Finance

Location: Kochi, Kerala (Hybrid – On-site 3 days/month at Palarivattom office)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Experience Required: 8–15 years

Pay: ₹60,000 – ₹75,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Head of Accounts & Finance to lead our financial planning, governance, and decision-support functions. This role demands complete ownership of all financial operations—ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and data-driven insights that guide long-term business growth.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in corporate finance, accounting, financial modeling, and strategic advisory, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, impactful recommendations for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and interpret advanced financial models (DCF, ROI, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis).
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to management.
  • Lead financial planning, analysis, and consulting with a focus on accuracy and business impact.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow/fund flow management, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare high-quality MIS reports, dashboards, and performance scorecards.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and financial standards.
  • Strengthen internal controls, streamline processes, and enhance cost efficiencies.
  • Manage core accounting functions, including AP/AR, reconciliations, audits, and finalization of accounts.

Qualifications

  • Education: CA, CMA (India/USA), ACCA, M.Com (Finance/Accounting), or Ph.D. in Finance/Accounting.
  • Experience: 8–15 years in corporate finance, strategic planning, consulting, or senior accounting roles.
  • Strong skills in financial strategy, planning, and stakeholder communication.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, BI tools, and advanced analytics platforms.
