Venue:- WM office 2nd floor, Brilliant Sapphire, Scheme 78 indore

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Graduation (Any Field Mandatory)
  • Experience: Prior experience in International BPO Voice Process preferred
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • Availability: Comfortable working in night shifts (Male candidates only)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound customer queries for international clients.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved queries.
  • Adhere to quality standards, compliance policies, and process guidelines.
