Role Overview

We are looking for a
Facility Manager
to manage
soft services and client/vendor relationships
for our Bangalore office . The role ensures a safe, comfortable, and efficient workplace experience while overseeing
housekeeping, security, cafeteria, front-office services, travel coordination, and event planning
.

Key ResponsibilitiesSoft Services Management

  • Supervise housekeeping, security, cafeteria, and front-office operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort across all office spaces.
  • Monitor daily facility operations and resolve issues promptly.

Client & Vendor Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for facility services.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage SLAs, and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Build strong vendor relationships and resolve disputes effectively.

Travel & Event Coordination

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for CEO and leadership (flights, hotels, transportation).
  • Plan and execute office events, leadership meetings, and conferences.
  • Manage event calendars, logistics, and vendor support for smooth execution.

Administrative Support

  • Prepare and manage facility budgets with a focus on cost optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to HR and other departments as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in
    soft services and client/vendor management
    .
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools.
