Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our residential properties. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing residential complexes or housing societies, ensuring smooth facility operations, maintenance, safety, and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise daily facility operations across residential buildings.
  • Oversee maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other essential systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors for facility-related work.
  • Ensure cleanliness, security, and upkeep of common areas.
  • Handle facility-related complaints and service requests from residents promptly.
  • Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Prepare and manage facility budgets and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
  • Maintain asset inventory and service records.
  • Support periodic audits, inspections, and facility improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in facility management for residential properties (apartments, gated communities, housing societies, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance, housekeeping, security, and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software (preferred).
