About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to manage all facility-related operations and coordinate CEO travel arrangements along with organizing office events. This role focuses on soft services management, vendor coordination, travel planning, and event execution, ensuring smooth operations and a great workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility & Soft Services Management:
Oversee housekeeping, security, cafeteria, and front-office operations.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort across all office spaces.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor SLAs.
Prepare facility budgets and optimize costs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
CEO Travel Coordination:
Plan and manage CEOs travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation).
Ensure timely bookings and cost-effective travel solutions.
Coordinate with Executive Assistant for itinerary alignment.
Handle last-minute changes and ensure smooth travel experience.
Event Planning & Coordination:
Organize office events, leadership meetings, and conferences.
Coordinate logistics, catering, and vendor support for events.
Manage event calendars and ensure timely execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in facility management and travel/event coordination.
Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking tools.

Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
