Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facilities Manager located in Bengaluru. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of HustleHub locations, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment for our members. Daily tasks include coordinating with vendors and contractors, managing facility budgets, conducting routine inspections, and addressing any maintenance or repair issues. The role also involves supervising a team of support staff and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Experience : 4 to 5 Years

Qualifications

  • Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, and Operations Management skills
  • Vendor Management, Budget Management, and Negotiation skills
  • Excellent Organizational, Time Management, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations and Compliance
  • Strong Leadership and Team Supervision abilities
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience in coworking spaces or commercial real estate is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
