About LH2 HoldingsLH2Holdings is an AI-powered digital media accelerator and holding company. We acquire or partner with digital media brands (content websites now > youtube channels, social media creators, podcasts, newsletters in the future ) and scale them though tech, content and distribution infrastructure.This is powered by LH2 Media OS - An AI-powered platform that helps digital content brands scale by optimizing the entire content value chain - from identifying viral topics and trends in real time to generating story angles, research, and editorial support. We currently work with ~25 brands across different niches with ~50M monthly pageviews under management wherein each brand has been scaled 3-10x.Our vision is to become the largest distributed digital media company in the world. LH2 is being built by second-time founders who have scaled tech platforms with hundreds of millions of users.About The RoleWe are looking for a Growth (SEO) Manager who thinks like an owner and acts like a "mini CEO". You'll be the architect of our overall organic growth strategy, but you'll also be the one identifying and executing the small, tactical optimizations that create a compound effect and drive meaningful resultsLocation:IBC Knowledge Park (Bangalore, Karnataka)Salary Range:7 LPA to 12 LPAWhat You'll DoOwn the Organic Growth Channel: You are fully accountable for the performance of our organic search channel, from strategy to execution.Develop a "C-Level" Strategy: You'll create and present a compelling, data-backed SEO roadmap that aligns with company-wide goals, securing buy-in from leadership.Lead with a Business Mindset: You'll identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact initiatives that go beyond rankings, focusing on user acquisition, conversion, and revenue.Be the Go-To Expert: You'll act as the internal authority on all things SEO, providing strategic counsel to product, engineering, and marketing teams.Analyze and Iterate: You'll build a robust reporting framework, analyze performance data, and use insights to rapidly test and iterate on new strategies.Who You AreYou have 3+ years of progressive experience in a high-growth SEO role, with a proven track record of directly contributing to business success.You think like a founder: you're scrappy, resourceful, and focused on outcomes.You possess an executive-level understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and link-building.You're a natural leader who can influence without authority and rally teams around a vision.You are deeply analytical and can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.Skills: organic growth,communication,seo,digital
