We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive who has hands-on experience of 3 to 5 years in managing online marketplaces, specifically Amazon and eBay. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of product listing, inventory management, order processing, and customer service related to these platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon and eBay seller accounts.
  • Create, update & optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords).
  • Monitor and manage inventory, pricing, and stock availability.
  • Process orders, coordinate with logistics, and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and returns.
  • Analyze sales performance and create reports on product performance.
  • Stay updated with Amazon/eBay policies, guidelines, and new tools.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and deals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably on Amazon and eBay.
  • Good knowledge of product listing, cataloging, and keyword optimization.
  • Experience with order & inventory management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel & data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in handling international marketplaces (Amazon US/UK, eBay Global)
  • Knowledge of basic graphic editing for listing images.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
