Job Title

Subject Matter Expert/Master Trainer – Competitive Coding, AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Analytics, SAP Tools

Job Role

The incumbent shall support the organization to develop and deliver skills-based deep tech content for Industry 4.0 like Advanced Algorithms, Python, Database Management, Data analysis, Artificial intelligence, Edge Computing and SAP tools and software. As part of the team the candidate will prepare in depth tech content, process guides, presentations, webinars and content delivery through blended mode. Reporting

To the Team Leader of the project at Edunet Foundation. Responsibili ty

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

Develop course outline, agenda and curate course content for developing end to end solutions using deep tech for industry 4.0.

Deliver 360-degree experiential learning based technical skill development programs, including but not limited to Advanced Data Structure & Algorithms, Data analysis, Artificial intelligence and statistical modeling.

Own the end-to-end designing and development of high quality cohesive technical manuals and handbooks for learners around IR4.0 technologies focusing on Algorithm development & analysis, Data Analytics, Database handling, Artificial Intelligence & Generative model development.

Skill transferring sessions for internal and external stake holders and beneficiaries' by practicing highest level of engagement through instructor-led training (ILD) and Virtual instructor led training programs.

Guiding and mentoring learners to develop community and industrial solutions using deep technology and tools like Advanced data structures, Data Analytics, AI, Machine Learning, Edge Computing and SAP Tools.

Helping learners to identify real life problems, potential users, their pain points and propose a viable solution by developing a prototype. Delivery Quality Training based on Content

Build, maintain and drive relationships with clients and end beneficiaries, coordinate training logistics with the local coordinator.

Collect regular feedback from the participants about the content, impact and the pedagogy – what they are able to assimilate and what needs to be improved.

Apply experience and knowledge in solving technical problems that are complex in scope requiring in-depth evaluation.

Project development, content delivery products including designing and implementing the front-end as well as back-end.

She/he will identify success stories in the region and will make them available, in a timely manner, to the top management for the showcase. This will be done in active consultation with the Program Manager for the territory. Location

Qualificatio n and Experience

M.Tech/M.E or B.Tech/B.E in a field related to information technology Computer science, Information Technology, CS AI/ML, or Specialization in AI/ML

Freshers with good understanding and project experience in domain of Advanced Data Structure & Algorithm, Data Analytics, Database management, Machine Learning, Deep learning & Generative AI.

Exposure to Competitive Coding platforms and problem solving will be preferred. Skills and Attributes

The incumbent shall have the following skills.

Understanding of Advanced Data Structure & Alogrithms.

Strong hands-on experience in Python programming, database management, data analytics, modeling the AI/ML based solutions, statistical modeling tools & packages like NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib and ScikitLearn, etc.

Good understanding of Deep learning concepts, deep neural networks building, training deployment using python, Tensorflow and Keras.

Experience in developing computer vision application Using open CV and optimizing the neural model for Edge applications.

Working knowledge of ERP tools like SAP ABAP and SAP Analytics Cloud

Experience in delivering and developing content/training material around deep is desirable.

Experience in handling technical projects, product development, mentoring, project innovation and guiding technical projects will be a plus point

Candidate should be ready to travel as per work requirement.
