Key Responsibilities: Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Academic Delivery and Curriculum Development:

- Conduct teaching and assessments for and OTT programs
- Prepare course curriculum and framework.
- Research and organise sources and information.
- Keep up to date with changes and developments in the curriculum structure.

Training Program Management:

- Conduct Training of Trainers (TOT) programs for facilitators/trainers.
- Continuously monitor the quality of training delivered by facilitators/trainers.
- Evaluate available training plans and develop training schedules for theteam.

Technical Knowledge and Collaboration:

- Possess sound technical knowledge and advanced techniques.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to align written content. Presentation and Communication:

- Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience and

Qualifications:

- For Operating Theatre Technology:

- Master's in relevant discipline (M.Sc. in OTT or M.Sc./B.Sc.Nursing or MBBS, MS)
- Teaching experience of at least 5 years in OTT.

Continuous Improvement:

- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of training programs.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to enhance programeffectiveness.Qualifications:

- Master's in relevant discipline for the respective field.
- Demonstrated teaching experience and expertise.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Proven ability to manage and improve training programs.

Pay: ₹50,720.59 - ₹65,859.19 per month
