Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager located in Noida. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by building strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer data, addressing customer inquiries, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing exceptional customer service to drive success and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Japanese level minimum N2 and above.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills
- Analytical Skills for interpreting customer data and identifying trends
- Relationship Building and Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
