About the Role:
Aura Smart is looking for an energetic and organised professional to support our sales team with backend operations.

This role combines sales documentation, client coordination and basic follow-up responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, presentable and eager to learn about smart home technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotes, BOQs and commercial proposals based on project requirements.
  • Create client presentations and maintain updated templates and pricing.
  • Maintain CRM/tracking sheet for leads, quotes, project status and payment status.
  • Conduct feedback calls & follow-ups on shared quotations to drive closure.
  • Make payment reminder calls/messages according to milestone schedules.
  • Coordinate between sales, engineering and finance teams for smooth project flow.
  • Send client emails such as thank-you mails, quotation follow-ups, project handover notes, etc.
  • Compile weekly summary reports on leads, conversions, and outstanding payments.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 0–3 years experience in sales backend / client coordination / customer service.
  • Good communication skills — English + Hindi/Kannada preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and follow-up mindset.
  • Confident on phone calls with clients
  • Accountable and disciplined with deadlines
  • Fast learner and tech-interested
  • Positive attitude and professional behaviour
