Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, and generating sales leads. The role will also involve providing training to the sales team and ensuring high levels of customer service to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficient in Sales and Sales Management methodologies
- Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams
- Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
