Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing effective sales strategies, managing and expanding customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends and competitor activities, and ensuring seamless communication. The candidate will also oversee marketing campaigns and promotional activities to expand market reach and enhance the company's brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis and Strategic Planning to identify and leverage growth opportunities
  • Skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Relationship Building
  • Experience in leading Marketing Campaigns, Branding Strategies, and promotional activities
  • Demonstrated ability in Team Leadership, Problem-solving, and Decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
  • Experience in the food or sugar industry, particularly in export and trading, is preferred
  • Proficient in data analytics tools, CRM platforms, and MS Office Suite
