
B2B Software Sales Manager

We are a fast-growing tech company with a powerful AI platform that is changing the FMCG industry. We're looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team to new heights.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of B2B Sales Executives.
- Set sales goals, drive team performance, and ensure targets are met.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting using our CRM.
- Hire, train, and onboard new salespeople.
- Support your team in major client negotiations and meetings.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2B software (SaaS) sales.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales management or team lead role.
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed.
