Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell our hygiene phenyl products within Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the hygiene/cleaning chemical industry and a strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients such as hospitals, hotels, schools, housing societies, corporate offices, and distributors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on product features and benefits.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the cleaning and hygiene product sector.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
  • Handle negotiations, quotations, and order closures efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and local marketing events to promote products.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the hygiene/cleaning products industry (preferably phenyl or related disinfectants).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Good network in the local market (especially Mumbai).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive sales approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
  • Own vehicle preferred for field visits.
