Crown Rubber Products is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive - Human Resources to join our team. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and overseeing administrative tasks to support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, compliance management, and administrative coordination, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive and compliant work environment.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Handle employee relations, including grievance resolution, conflict management, and disciplinary actions.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.
Compliance Management
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, including the Factories Act, 1948, Minimum Wages Act, 1948, and other relevant regulations.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports, such as PF, ESI, and other compliance-related filings, in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and internal policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in labor laws and ensure organizational compliance.
- Liaise with government authorities and external agencies for compliance-related matters.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office maintenance, vendor management, and facility upkeep.
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, equipment, and services to ensure smooth operations.
- Organize company events, employee engagement activities, and welfare initiatives.
- Maintain records for attendance, leave, and other administrative functions.
Strategic HR Initiatives
- Assist in workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational needs.
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and employee recognition programs.
- Contribute to organizational development initiatives, including culture building and employee engagement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on HR-related matters.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education
: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred. - Experience
: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a compliance-focused role. Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus. - Skills
: - Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Working Conditions
- Full-time role with standard office hours; occasional extended hours may be required to meet deadlines or handle urgent matters.
- Work environment includes both office and factory settings, requiring occasional visits to the production floor.
