Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and statements on time.
  • Verify billing data, contracts, and supporting documents for accuracy.
  • Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client queries.
  • Maintain records of payments, receipts, and outstanding balances.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for GST, TDS, and compliance requirements.
  • Generate billing-related MIS reports as required.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on pending payments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and invoicing procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination ability.

Job Type: Full-time
