Job Purpose:
Executive - Quantity Surveyor is responsible to provide administrative and technical support for quantity surveying tasks. This role involves data collection, documentation management, and assisting in the preparation of reports, analyses, and budgets. The Executive ensures that all quantity surveying activities are well-organized, accurate, and aligned with project requirements, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the projects.

Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity surveyor to work on the client side, responsible for quantity surveying & estimation, reviewing & validating the consultant's/Contractor's submissions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of drawings, BOQs & specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the quantity surveying and estimation activities for all disciplines in the projects.
- Preparing detailed cost estimates, budgets and bill of quantities.
- Conducting through cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs.
- Collaborating with external consultants, stakeholders, OEMs, contractors to ensure accurate project costing.
- Prepare, review and analyze tender documents, contracts and variations.
- Monitor project progress and cost to identify potential risks and deviations from the budget.
- Providing regular reports and updates on project costing and budget status.
- Participate in project meetings and presentations to discuss cost related issues and provide recommendations.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations and quality requirements.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Professional Degree in civil engineering or quantity surveying.
- Knowledge in quantification of architecture, structure, civil, MEPF & ICT.
- 8–10 years experience.
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure or building projects or airports.
- Proficient in AutoCAD & MS Office.
- Proficient in BIM or Revit or other 3D software is a plus.
