Role & responsibilities
1. Net Incremental Associate Growth
- Drive net addition of associates in existing accounts by identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Partner with client stakeholders to understand upcoming manpower requirements and proactively pitch for staffing solutions.
As mentioned, this will be a very small component of the overall deliverables.
2. Collections
- Ensure timely invoicing and collections by closely working with finance , Customer Service Group and client SPOCs.
- Track outstanding payments and resolve disputes or delays in coordination with internal teams.
- Maintain collection dashboards and initiate escalation protocols where needed.
3. Client Engagement & NPS
- Maintain a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) by ensuring proactive communication, issue resolution, and consistent delivery of services.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships by being a dependable and consultative partner.
- Gather client feedback and initiate improvement initiatives based on inputs received.
4. Review Mechanisms
- Conduct structured Monthly and Quarterly Review Meetings with clients to track performance against KPIs, share MIS, and align on expectations.
- Present dashboards and key metrics during reviews to drive strategic discussions.
- Capture minutes and follow up on agreed action items within defined timelines.
5. Project Management
- Own execution of key projects such as on-ground audits, compliance drives, digital onboarding, cost optimization, or workforce automation initiatives. Job Title: Hiring Manager
- Work with internal departments (compliance, onboarding, HR operations, etc.) to deliver project milestones.
- Track progress, risks, and outcomes and report them regularly to internal and client stakeholders.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
- Working knowledge of staffing/payrolling operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- High ownership, accountability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
