- Identify sourcing contacts and network with potential leads from various sources such as town planning offices, Panchayat offices, small builders and contractors, civil engineers, hardware stores, local masons, real estate developers, brokers, and government offices.
- Propagate the company and its schemes in commercial, industrial, educational, and service establishments by conducting events, distributing promotional materials, and networking with trade and professional associations.
- Identify construction projects through market research and direct sourcing.
- Responsible for transactional sales, operational activities, and administrative support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Analyze business trends and target figures to formulate new strategies.
- Screen initial proposals using the provided application form, communicate initial approvals, and coordinate with cluster managers for further appraisal of proposals.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
