Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new customers for various financial products.

  • Assist in loan documentation and coordinate with internal departments for processing.

  • Participate in promotional and marketing activities to generate leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate or equivalent (any stream).
  • Experience: Fresher to 3 years of experience in sales or customer handling (Banking/NBFC preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Local language proficiency will be an added advantage.
