About the Role:

Were looking for a Field Recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end hiring for blue-collar roles such as housekeepers, drivers, maids, and nannies. The ideal candidate should have strong local sourcing networks, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in volume hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and onboard candidates for blue-collar roles (housekeepers, drivers, maids, nannies, etc.) through local networks, job fairs, and community outreach.
  • Conduct initial screening, interviews, and document verification.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
  • Build partnerships with local agencies, NGOs, and training centers for manpower supply.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to understand hiring needs and ensure proper role-fitment.
  • Maintain accurate data and reports of hiring activity.

Requirements:

  • 25 years of experience in blue-collar or field recruitment (facility management, security, or domestic staffing preferred).
  • Strong local sourcing and networking capabilities.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel.
  • Basic communication skills (Hindi/local language mandatory; English is an advantage).
  • Smartphone and own conveyance preferred.

The candidate should have a solid track record of recruiting on-ground staff such as housekeepers, nannies, maids, drivers, and chefs.
