Role & responsibilities

  • Source and recruit blue-collar workforce (housekeeping, security, technicians, etc.) through field visits, local agencies, job fairs, and references.
  • Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates based on job requirements.
  • Maintain regular coordination with the HR team and site managers to understand manpower needs.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing, interviewing, selection to onboarding.
  • Visit client sites for manpower deployment and attendance tracking.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Build and manage local vendor networks and manpower suppliers.
  • Ensure all joining formalities, documentation, and compliance requirements are completed on time.

Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in field or blue-collar recruitment (preferably in facility management, housekeeping, or security industry).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai and nearby locations.
  • Good knowledge of local recruitment sources and market.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
