About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Head Chef with strong experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and Indian snacks to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining taste consistency, ensuring kitchen efficiency, innovating new snack recipes, and managing a team to deliver high-quality, hygienic, and timely food output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day kitchen operations for QSR format outlets.
  • Develop and standardize recipes for Indian snacks, ensuring authentic flavors and consistent quality.
  • Innovate new snack varieties in line with customer preferences and market trends.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and minimize wastage.
  • Work closely with management on menu design, cost control, and kitchen efficiency.
  • Monitor portioning, presentation, and speed of service to align with QSR standards.
  • Maintain compliance with all FSSAI and food safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 610 years of culinary experience with at least 3 years in a QSR setup or Indian snacks segment.
  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of regional Indian snacks and QSR kitchen management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, team management, and creativity in recipe development.
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or equivalent preferred.
  • Availability: Immediate joiner preferred.
