Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and strategic associate to lead our influencer marketing initiatives and content creator programs. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of digital marketing, influencer collaborations, and content creation processes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in front of the camera and capable of managing creator-led platforms with a strong focus on delivering result

Key Responsibilities
:

1.Influencer Marketing
:

  • Scout and identify relevant influencers for brand partnerships.
  • Handle outreach, negotiation, and closing of influencer briefs.
  • Track influencer performance and create detailed reports on campaign outcomes.
  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers to drive consistent brand advocacy.

2.Content Creator Program (CCP) Management
:

  • Scout and onboard new content creators across multiple platforms.
  • Manage the content creation process, including payment schedules, deadlines, and brief finalisation.
  • Collaborate with creators on styling, creative direction, and ensuring brand alignment, cost negotiations
  • Handle backend operations, including payments, legal contracts, and partnership terms.

3.On-Camera Content
:

  • Comfortable stepping in front of the camera for ad-hoc content shoots, as needed.
  • Collaborate with the production team on content ideas and execution.
