
Partnership and Sourcing Associate

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Partnership and Sourcing Associate to strengthen our chronic care management programs by building a strong network of service provider partners. In this role, you will identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with organizations that complement our chronic care offerings. Youll ensure seamless collaboration, aligned goals, and impactful execution to enhance program outcomes and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Identification & Outreach
Research and identify potential service providers aligned with chronic care and wellness programs. Conduct outreach to initiate engagement with prospective partners. Evaluate partner capabilities, expertise, and fit with organizational goals
- Partner Onboarding & Relationship Management
Lead onboarding process for selected partners, ensuring alignment on services, deliverables, and expectations. Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners to ensure long-term engagement.
- Contracting & Compliance
Coordinate with internal legal/procurement teams to execute partnership agreements. Ensure all partners comply with MediBuddys operational, service quality, and documentation standards
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Track and evaluate partner performance. Regularly gather feedback from internal stakeholders and users to optimize partner contributions. Recommend process improvements or re-alignments with underperforming partners
- Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with wellness, operations, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless partner integration. Align partner services with MediBuddys chronic care and wellness program strategies
- Documentation & Reporting
Maintain a structured database of partner profiles, agreements, and engagement history. Also conducting relevant market analysis and competitor analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, or related field (preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, vendor management or similar roles
- Familiarity with chronic care or health & wellness domains is a plus
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, CRM software, or wellness tracking platforms
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- Strong coaching and client engagement abilities
- Experience identifying and managing partnerships
- Ability to use digital tools to track and report progress
- Experience in outreach and relationship-building with service providers
