Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve targets, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, overseeing the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include market analysis, reporting sales performance, and collaborating with other departments to enhance sales efforts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management and developing sales strategies
  • Strong customer relationship management and ability to maintain client satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and performance data
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
