Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales teams, developing and implementing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring sales performance, providing coaching and training to sales staff, building and maintaining customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and preparing sales reports.

Qualifications

  • Sales management, strategy development, and team leadership skills
  • Experience in customer relationship management and market analysis
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in real estate sales is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
