Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Team Lead at F&A Business Solutions Pvt Ltd. The position is on-site, based in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the sales team, setting sales targets, and strategizing to meet these targets. Daily tasks include managing customer service interactions, analyzing sales data, and communicating effectively with team members and clients. The Sales Team Lead will ensure the team meets company objectives and maintains high-performance standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and sales strategy development
  • Team Management skills to oversee, guide, and motivate the sales team
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to handle customer inquiries and issues
  • Effective Communication skills for interactions with team members and clients
  • Proven Sales skills to set and achieve sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
  • Experience in the sales industry is highly beneficial
