About the Role

We're hiring a
Project Lead
based in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in
Project Management, IT Infrastructure delivery
, and
governance processes
, capable of handling multiple infrastructure-related projects with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and manage IT infrastructure projects such as
    platform upgrades, network deployments, data center migrations,
    and workplace initiatives.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, estimation, and resource tracking.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring alignment with internal standards.
  • Collaborate with
    cross-functional teams and stakeholders
    to drive delivery excellence.
  • Maintain project documentation and governance standards (status reports, risk logs, lessons learned).
  • Ensure adherence to
    regulatory, compliance, and information security
    requirements.
  • Provide timely progress updates to senior management and business partners.
  • Use project management tools such as
    MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, Planview, and MS Office Suite
    .

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
  • 6–9 years of experience
    in IT / Infrastructure Project Management.
  • Minimum
    3 years of international or cross-functional project management experience.
  • Certified in one or more:
    CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile (CSM/SAFe)
    .
  • Knowledge of
    ITIL, IT Infrastructure (Windows/Linux servers, networks, databases, middleware)
    .
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Key Tools & Technologies

  • MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, Planview, MS Office Suite
  • IT Infrastructure – Networks, Databases, Windows/Linux environments
