Do you have experience in data engineering and analytics?About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver projects in data engineering and analytics. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams to execute data platform, pipeline, and analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects on time, within scope, and within budget.Develop strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and analytics workflows.Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and operations teams to define project requirements and success metrics.Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks) is a plus.Manage daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.Track project progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, and report status to stakeholders.Identify and resolve project blockers and dependencies.Maintain up-to-date technical documentation aligned with project goals.Communicate effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Oversee third-party vendors or external contractors when applicable.Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of experience in project management within a technical environment.Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall).Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Required Skills:Developed understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and analytics workflows.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.PREFERRED SKILLS: Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks).Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
