Placement Coordinator
to join our team and help build strong industry relationships, support our students/job seekers, and drive successful placement outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Liaise with companies to create job/internship opportunities
- Coordinate campus placement drives or hiring campaigns
- Guide and prepare candidates for interviews
- Maintain placement records and build strategic partnerships
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Ability to multitask and manage placement logistics
- Experience in HR/recruitment/campus placement is a plus
- Strong commitment to helping candidates succeed
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring partners and employers
- Organize and manage placement drives, job fairs, and interview processes
- Provide career counselling, resume reviews, and interview preparation
- Maintain accurate data and generate placement reports
- Collaborate with internal teams for student readiness and tracking
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (HR, Business, or related field preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in placement coordination or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple employers.
