Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Placement Coordinator. As a Placement Coordinator, you will play a vital role in facilitating the placement process for our students and connecting them with exciting job opportunities and internships.
Responsibilities:

Match Students with Opportunities: You will be responsible for matching students with suitable job opportunities and internships, ensuring they find the right fit for their skills and aspirations.
Build Relationships: Forge and maintain strong relationships with potential employers to create placement opportunities for our students. Your networking skills will be crucial in expanding our network of industry partners.
Provide Guidance and Support: Offer guidance and support to students on career choices, resume writing, and interview preparation. Your mentorship will empower students to confidently navigate the job market.
Organize Events: Plan and execute campus drives and networking events to connect students with employers. These events will serve as invaluable platforms for students to showcase their talents and connect with industry professionals.
Coordinate Interviews: Arrange interview facilities both online and offline, ensuring a seamless experience for both students and employers. Your attention to detail will ensure that every interview runs smoothly.
Collaborate with Placement Coordinators: Coordinate with placement coordinators to ensure the smooth functioning of the placement process. Your collaborative approach will optimize our placement efforts.
Qualifications Required:
- Coordinate with company HR /Admin/manager and take the vacancies.
- Searching for job opportunities.
- Need communication skills, confidence, openness to learn, multitasking, leadership skills and being a team player.
- Should be able to communicate in Malayalam and English.
- Freshers can also Apply.
- Guide students in resume building, interview prep & job readiness
- Build strong ties with IT companies & HR professionals through direct appointments,
- 1–2 years' experience as a Placement Coordinator/Officer (IT/Training sector preferred)
- Excellent networking & communication skills
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms & IT hiring trends
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
