Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Executive with a strong background in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with revenue and civil litigation, land due diligence, property documentation, and registry processes. The role also requires proficiency in legal drafting, Hindi typing, and field visits, making it essential for the candidate to have their own vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle legal matters pertaining to real estate, including revenue cases, civil disputes, and land acquisition issues.
- Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence of properties, including title verification and document analysis.
- Manage property registration processes, liaison with government departments, and ensure proper documentation.
- Draft and review various legal documents such as agreements, affidavits, sale deeds, MOUs, legal notices, etc.
- Represent the organization in court cases and legal proceedings, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel, if required, for specific matters.
- Perform field visits for verification, registry coordination, and legal inspections as and when necessary.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all legal matters and case files.
- Ensure compliance with applicable land and property laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Type and prepare legal documents in Hindi and English as per the requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
- LLB or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of legal experience, specifically in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of revenue laws, civil litigation, and property registration procedures.
- Proficiency in legal drafting and Hindi typing is a must.
- Must possess a personal vehicle for field-related legal work.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and legal tasks independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with real estate developers, land aggregators, or property consultants.
- Familiarity with mutation processes, land measurement records, and local government procedures.
