**Job Summary**:
BOL7 TECHNOLOGIES is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Legal Advisor & Tender Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for law students or legal professionals who want to gain corporate legal experience, particularly in handling Government & Private tenders. You will be responsible for analyzing, preparing, and submitting tender documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Research & Identify Tenders -** Track relevant Government & Private tenders that align with BOL7 TECHNOLOGIES' business scope.
- **Document Preparation -** Compile and organize tender documents, agreements, financial bids, and compliance certificates.
- **Pre-Bid Meetings & Clarifications -**Represent the company in government departments and private organizations, attend pre-bid meetings, gather required information, and clarify tender-related queries.
- **Submission & Follow-ups -** Ensure timely submission of tenders and actively track the status of each bid.
- **Coordination -**Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary approvals and documents for successful tender processing.
- **Regulatory Compliance -** Ensure that all tender submissions comply with legal, regulatory, and procedural guidelines.
- **Record Maintenance -** Maintain accurate records of all tenders, discussions, approvals, and bid results.

**Qualifications**:

- Law Student or Legal Graduate with an interest in corporate legal advisory & tendering processes.
- Strong knowledge of legal documentation & regulatory compliance.
- Ability to analyze tender documents, draft contracts, and prepare financial & legal bids.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills for attending pre-bid meetings.
- Attention to detail with the ability to track multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Prior experience with government/private tenders is a plus but not mandatory.
