1. Voice Process Executive :

  • Role: Handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide excellent customer service.

  • Experience:

  • Freshers: 18, ,000 take-home

  • Experienced (6+ months): 23, ,000 take-home

  • Locations: Electronic City, Manyata Tech Park, Marathahalli, Brookfield, Bommanahalli

  • Key Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, customer service, problem-solving.

2. Non-Voice Process Executive :

  • Role: Manage customer interactions via email, chat, and other written channels.

  • Experience:

  • Freshers: Up to 18,000 take-home

  • Experienced: Up to 35,000 take-home

  • Locations: Bommanahalli, Whitefield, Manyata Tech Park

  • Key Skills: Excellent written communication, attention to detail, data entry, multitasking, email etiquette, chat support.

3. Semi-Voice Process Executive :

  • Role: A blend of voice and non-voice tasks, handling customer inquiries through both calls and written communication.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience is mandatory.
  • Salary: Up to 26,000 take-home
  • Location: Manyata Tech Park
  • Benefits: 2-way cab facility provided.
  • Key Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, problem-solving, multitasking, CRM knowledge.

4. Technical Support Executive :

  • Role: Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot issues for customers via phone or other channels.

  • Experience:

  • Freshers: Up to 18,000 take-home

  • Experienced (Voice & Non-Voice Technical Support): Up to 29,000 take-home

  • Locations: Whitefield, Bommanahalli

  • Key Skills: Technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, problem-solving, customer support, basic IT knowledge, communication (verbal/written depending on role).

Candidate Requirements:

  • Any Graduation/PUC completed candidates can apply.
  • Strong communication skills (English is a must for all roles).
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and manage rotational offs.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
