Role & responsibilities
Perform day to day transaction like
- To keep track of inward of invoices received for processing.
- Processing of invoices after checking necessary fields like Accounting, TDS, GST ,MSME, approval as per DOA , supporting documents etc
- To verify necessary field for vendor master creation & send same for approval
- To make necessary MIS
- Correspond with vendors / Internal teams and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- To set process or change process
- To manage month end Process
- Monthly outstanding & prepaid expenses
- Analysis of expenses on monthly quarterly and annually basis. Preparation of Audit data and co-ordination with Auditors for resolving their queries.
- Intercompany reconciliation
- To match GL & SL balances on monthly basis.
- Dealing with statutory , Internal auditor related to work area
- Ability to work independently
- To match/ reconcile necessary control account
- Checking and preparing all the MSME compliance
- To review unpaid creditors, outstanding data, advance data, and coordinate with respective department for the same.
- To make necessary MIS
- System Related Coordination
- Coordination with IT team for development of necessary reports / process after understanding the current requirement, issues in hand
- To coordinate with third party vendor for AP related full integration with existing accounting software or change in accounting software
Preferred candidate profile
- Worked in Indian entity with Indian Accounting Knowledge/ Accounting Standard
- Manager level who can manage team along with routine work
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles.
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally).
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office, particularly Excel
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Other skills:
1 Knowledge of general Indian accounting principles
2 Experience in handling bookkeeping activities
3 Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
