Curelo is an online aggregator platform that offers a seamless and convenient solution for diagnostic lab bookings and home sample collection services across India. The company is a start-up that has been operational for six months and has established trust among consumers and lab partners across 12 cities. Curelo has onboarded over 1,500 lab partners and has successfully collected over 100,000 free home samples to date.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Area Sales Manager role based in New Delhi. The Senior Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business growth in their designated region. Analysing latest marketing trends and tracking competitor's activity and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning of Sales & Marketing Strategies.

  • Initiating market development and product launch acts by formulating area specific plan.
  • Onboarding of DOCTORS for business in Delhi NCR .
  • Responsible for the sales of the company's products within DOCTORS CHANNEL as assigned geographic region
  • Meeting with top Hospital and Labs for LLM & HLM Business

The role requires closely working with lab partners to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain excellent customer relationships. Other responsibilities include coordinating with other departments to identify new sales opportunities and address customer issues.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills and experience in sales management, preferably in the healthcare/medical industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify new sales opportunities and evaluate market trends
  • Strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain effective relationships with lab partners and customers
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently to meet sales targets and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
  • Strong network and relationships in the medical/healthcare industry in India
  • Experience in working with diagnostic labs and in the healthcare startup industry is a plus
