Summary: The Manager - Branch Head role at our Mechanical Maintenance Company is a pivotal leadership position based in Angul, Odisha. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all operational, administrative, and strategic aspects of the branch site, ensuring seamless execution across client relations, production efficiency, safety compliance, human resources, and financial accountability. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in industrial maintenance, preferably within steel plants, and a proven track record of managing complex site operations. This role is essential to maintaining high performance standards, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the company's growth across key industrial accounts. Responsibilities:Lead and manage all aspects of site operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectationsBuild and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long -term partnershipsDrive the achievement of production targets while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standardsOversee HR functions including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagementManage on -site store operations, inventory control, and procurement processesHandle site -level accounting and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and complianceImplement and maintain standardized documentation and operational processesMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, production, and cost efficiencyRequirements Requirements:Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in site or branch management within industrial or maintenance environmentsBachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical or related engineering disciplineProven experience in steel plant operations or similar heavy industrial settings is highly preferredStrong understanding of maintenance processes, safety regulations, and operational documentationDemonstrated leadership ability with a track record of managing teams and achieving performance targetsProficiency in site -level financial and inventory management systemsExcellent communication, problem -solving, and decision -making skills
