Regional Sales Manager/Textile Chemicals

Role & responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and exceed revenue targets in assigned region
  • Develop & manage dealer/distributor network
  • Conduct product trials and provide technical support
  • Identify and develop new customers in textile hubs
  • Prepare sales forecasts and monitor monthly sales
  • Lead a small technical/sales team and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Handle customer complaints in coordination with technical and supply chain teams
  • Maintain CRM entries and visit reports regularly
  • Analyze market trends and suggest growth strategies

Preferred candidate profile

  • 8 to 16 years experience in textile chemicals / dyes / auxiliaries
  • Prior experience in technical sales or application support
  • Strong dealer management and regional sales planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively across North India
  • Degree/Diploma in Textile Chemistry / Chemical Engineering preferred
