Role Description

This full-time Visa Executive/Operations position is based on-site in Faridabad. Responsibilities include managing visa application processes, handling overall operations, and ensuring a smooth visa documentation process. The role also involves liaising with clients to provide updates, addressing their inquiries, coordinating with relevant authorities, and ensuring compliance with visa regulations. The candidate will contribute to achieving operational efficiency within the visa processing department.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills with an ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders effectively
  • Proven experience in Operations and Operations Management
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
  • Effective and clear Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of visa application processes and experience in a similar role is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operations, client services, or a related field
