We are Hiring: Executive – Mall Operations

Location: Mall of Faridabad, Faridabad

Experience: Minimum 2 years (Preferably in Mall Operations)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join our team as Executive – Mall Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the mall, maintaining strong retailer relationships, and driving engagement initiatives to enhance customer experience and overall mall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain regular communication with retailers to ensure smooth coordination.

· Ensure implementation of defined merchandise levels for each retailer category.

· Monitor stock freshness and prevent stock-out situations.

· Ensure advance seasonal stock availability and timely visual merchandising as per theme or season.

· Follow up for timely collection of retailer dues.

· Design and implement retailer rewards and recognition programs.

· Organize various competitions and engagement activities among retailers.

· Celebrate store anniversaries on a monthly basis.

· Address and resolve customer and retailer issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.

· Oversee day-to-day mall operations and ensure upkeep, safety, and security of the property.

· Manage outsourced staff effectively — including Security, Housekeeping, Parking, Pest Control, and Horticulture teams.

· Implement weekly, fortnightly, and monthly operation plans.

Requirements:

· Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

· Minimum 2 years of experience in mall operations or retail property management.

· Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and outsourced teams.
