JOB OPENING FOR SENIOR EXECUTIVE - SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Lenora Group is a diversified company with ventures in real estate, hospitality, and lifestyle development across Maharashtra. Our flagship plotting project Vaara, located in scenic Bhor (Pune), offers thoughtfully planned premium NA plots amidst nature, designed for primary/ secondary homes & villas.

To join our team in a multi-functional leadership-trackrole.
Key Responsibilities:
This is not a routine sales job —you'll be wearing multiple hats and learning across verticals:
· Strategic business development and planning.
· Sales and client relationship management for Vaara (NAplots).
· Marketing coordination and branding initiatives(online+ offline).
· Guest relations & hospitality operations at AdventurePlus (whenever required).
· Special projects & cross-functional assignments as delegated by management.
Who Should Apply?
We're looking for someone who is:
· Self-motivated,bold,and proactive
· Comfortable with multi-tasking and operating in dynamic environments.
· Open to being stationed in Bhor or travelling frequently between Bhor and Pune
· Fluent in English,Hindi &Marathi.
· Not afraid to rollup sleeves, handle guests, close deals & handle multiple tasks.
· Experienced: Minimum 7+ years in real estate and/or hospitality
Salary:₹7 - ₹12 Lakh CTC (negotiable based on experience & performance)
· Work Location: Pune (MarketYard Office) & Bhor( Project Site)
· Joining: Immediate/Within 7 Days
· Work Mode: hybrid - 3 days office+ 3 days site work.
